Love it, but stationary warning doesnt work

I feel much better know that my family can follow me on my long bike rides. But the stationary alert on my phone doesnt work. It used to. I unloaded and reloaded and re linked to my phone, but it still doesnt work. This leads to false messages to family. Emailed company, but got no useful info.
If they fixed this, I would give it a 5 star rating.
