I have really loved this app! My family feels better about me going on my long runs since they can track me, especially when I occasionally go out for a run at night. Im still able to use other apps at the same time to listen to music and my other gps tracking app without any problems. Sure you still need to be smart when out running, but its nice to know that my family would be alerted immediately if something were amiss or if they noticed I was off my planned route. Such a great idea!

You used to be able to change alert sounds, now you cant. The default one for the 2 minute warning is not loud enough for me to hear (I wear hearing aids) so consequently if Im stopped visiting with someone I dont hear it and my stationary alert is sent needlessly.

I installed this app several months ago. My husband has enjoyed being able to track my runs and know that hell get a message if something happens to me. Great for piece of mind and safety that way. BUT in the past month it crashes mid run more than it works. For sure it has crashed 5 of the last 7 runs Ive gone out. This is not acceptable. Please, someone address the issues so that I can change my rating to make it higher instead of changing my app to something that works. I want to to continue supporting roadID.

I love this app. I do. This will sound like a small thing but it really bugs me. The latest update requires THREE steps (swipe touch swipe) to end a session. The last thing my sweaty fingers and blurry eyes want to do after a hard run is an extra step. It truly aggravates me. How about making it an option to share a messGe at the end but just sending an automated "finished" for the annoyed like myself?

I send my husband the ecrumb when I start my walks, but when Im done I go to send him the end ecrumb and did that the app has refreshed or something and hadnt been tracking me at all. This has happened 3 out of the 4 times Ive used it. Please fix.

Im a Road ID bracelet customer. My wife is too. We both love the App. I would like to have an "average mile per minute" option added. Recommended for all runners. Stay safe.

While I do love the app, it doesnt always work. I will send my ecrumb and maybe my contacts get the link and sometimes they dont. Or they dont get that Im finished. Or they will get I started but it doesnt follow me because I turned it on while on my home network and doesnt reconnect until I get home. And what really drives me crazy. At the end of the event, I manually type a statement it shows its checked as the statement to send, but when I go to facebook its a different message. If you could fix these things I would give it 5 stars as it Really is a great idea.

This is a great app that affords peace of mind for family members love ones and friends. There are some issues with it and bugs that road ID needs to fix. That said, this app is only a few updates from being perfect. Get the communication issues fixed, and this app should be a gold standard for roadies. Keep up the good work! Dont quit on the updates now!

I use this so all the time. It is very simple to use and works well. The other day it even helped me get back on a route when I had missed a turn. Highly recommend for peace of mind and safety.

Ive been looking for a good tracking app for a while and this one works perfect! My husband no longer has to wonder where I am if an emergency happens. I still wear my RoadID tag as well for emergency personnel. Zero issue with this app - I recommend it.

No longer works on my IPhone 6. Really like the app when it worked but now every time I use it I get an error message saying "Oops invalid crumb" or something like that. Please fix it.

Been using and loving this app for a while now, but the update downloaded today appears to be glitchy. Forgot to stop the program at the end of todays walk. To stop the resultant stationary alarm, I had to start/stop another track. Ive also received a notification that I have 2 minutes remaining on a timed activity when there is no current activity. The track on my last walk also looked less accurate instead of more accurate on the map. Really zig-zagging like I was drunk. Deleted and downloaded again in the hopes that it fixes all of this.

Loved this app prior to the most recent update. After updating the app, the stationary alert cannot be disabled if the 1 minute warning alarm goes off. I no longer get the countdown screen that allows you to cancel the stationary alert. As a result, my followers receive a stationary alert for no reason so I must text my followers that all is ok. This is really, really annoying because the stationary alert is the reason I use this app because I ri.

I really like the app and the eCrumb is genius. If and when updating; a pause option to your trip in regards to the stationary alert would be nice. Also, a history link to access previous trips. Cheers!

Love the app. I was miles from home when a storm and lightning started. My family knew right where to drive to pick me up. Only took a few minutes to get me out of the lightning. Also love that they support cycling and the Tour de France even though I am only a runner

Recently downloaded this app so my wife and I could have peace of mind on my rides. We absolutely love the functionality!! My wife knows exactly where I am in near-real time. Kudos to Road ID and the development team!!

Love this app. Gives the family peace of mind that they know where I am at in rides.

Great app! I use it on every run and every bike ride to let my spouse know my location, whether gone for an hour or many hours (longest distance lasted 7.5 hrs so far). Gives her piece of mind when Im training and lets her know when Ill be crossing the finish line.

I find it very reliable & gps distance is nice bonus. I think it should continue to track location after the stationary alarm goes off in case an injured athlete gets up, is confused & wanders off, so help can find them

Fixed the problem with freezing up and crashing mid-workout. It does what its supposed to and doesnt "wander off" or "get lost" like the previous version. (Good app and love the concept, however because the app does not track speed and distance I use a different GPS app in concert with Road ID. Because of this I leave your app running in the background which for some reason causes you app to freeze. When o go back to your app and the end of my rides it resets and doesnt give me the option to finish the ecrumb. The people that get the texts that Im out have no way of knowing when I finish.)
